When I was in college, my major was painting. On my last semester I was required to take a class outside of my  concentration and  I discovered ceramics. Since then I have spent a lot of time trying to combine my interest in painting and my addiction for ceramics.. For the functional pottery I draw my inspiration from nature and my beautiful surroundings. My sculptural work is more personal and closely related to my dreams and my place in this world.  It is my interpretation and viewpoint on the eternal questions "who am I, why am I here and why"?.
